What are your same-day delivery hours?
Orders placed before 14:00 (2PM) are eligible for same-day delivery within Tel Aviv and surrounding cities.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Tel Aviv is ₪35. Surrounding cities range from ₪45-65 depending on distance.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
While we cannot guarantee exact times, you can request Morning (9-13) or Afternoon (13-18) during checkout.
What if nobody is home?
We will coordinate with the recipient to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location or with a neighbor.
Do you deliver on Shabbat?
We deliver until 2 hours before Shabbat enters on Fridays. We resume deliveries on Sunday morning.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can collect your order from our Tel Aviv studio. Select 'Pickup' at checkout.
